Just Cartridges Terms & Conditions

1. INTERPRETATION
The Buyer: the person(s), firm or company who purchases the Goods from the Company.
The Company: Just Cartridges Limited.
The Goods: Shotgun cartridges.

2. TITLE
Title of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Company receives payment in full of the price together with any interest and other sums due under the contract and all other sums owing to it whatsoever.

3. PRICE
3.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.
3.2 All prices quoted include VAT at the prevailing rate unless specifically quoted net of VAT.
3.3 All non-toxic shot game cartridges will be charged at the bought quantity rate, irrespective of the total amount of [lead] cartridges bought. Lead shot cartridges will be charged at the total quantity bought rate including non-toxic cartridges bought in conjunction with them.
3.4 Single boxes of cartridges (25 or 10) will always be charged at the 25 rate irrespective of the total amount of cartridges bought, unless otherwise specifically agreed by the Company.

4. CREDIT TERMS & PAYMENT
4.1 Until a credit account is established, all business will be on a cash sale basis unless otherwise agreed. Credit facilities may be made available subject to such conditions as the Company may from time to time impose.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, credit facilities are granted on the condition that if payment is not made within 30 days from the date of invoice, the Company reserves the right to withdraw credit facilities.
4.3 Where the Buyer does not make payment in accordance with these conditions, the Company reserves the right to stop delivery until all outstanding payment has been made in full.
4.4 The Company reserves the right to recover from the Buyer any costs incurred directly or indirectly in connection with an overdue account.
4.5 Payment will be accepted by cash, cheque, BACS or direct transfer, debit card or credit card. For cartridge sales only, credit card payments will attract a surcharge of 2.5% of the total cartridge transaction value. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

5. RETURNS
5.1 The Company will only accept returns on production of proof of purchase which shall normally mean the original invoice which was supplied with the goods, unless otherwise specifically agreed. Returns accepted by the Company without proof of purchase, will only be accepted by agreement of a specified price quoted by the Company.
5.2 Returns will only normally be accepted in good, undamaged and unopened condition unless otherwise specifically agreed.
5.3 Goods supplied correctly as ordered may be returned and dealt with as clause 5.4. The Buyer will be responsible for all carriage charges including third party collection.
5.4 Subject to clause 5.1, returns will not normally be unreasonably accepted and subject to agreement with the Buyer, may take the form of exchange, credit note or refund. See also clause 6.7.
5.5 Goods supplied correctly and as ordered will be subject to a 10% re-stocking charge, notwithstanding clauses 5.1 to 5.4 above.

6. DELIVERY
6.1 Standard delivery charges to UK mainland are all as specified elsewhere, but exclude the following post codes AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52 to IV54, IV63, KW1 to KW14, PA21 to PA38, PH4 to PH41, PH49, PH50, HS, IV41 to IV49, IV51, IV55, IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PA20, PA41 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PH42 to PH44, ZE which will be subject to specific quotation.
6.2 Orders of 10,000 cartridges or more in one consignment are delivered free to all post codes excepting those listed in clause 6.1 and all KY, DD, PH, AB, IV and KW post code areas. This list may not be exhaustive, please check at time of order. For deliveries of 10,000 cartridges or more to these 'non standard' post codes as listed, a quoted uplift in carriage cost will apply. Standard free delivery is for an economy service - up to 3 working days for standard post codes and minimum 5 working days for non standard post codes. Specified delivery day will be subject to a further charge as quoted.
6.3 Whilst next working day delivery is offered, it is not guaranteed.
6.4 Our standard delivery service is by registered courier (UK Mail Limited).
6.5 Deliveries will only be made on receipt of a copy of the front page of the Buyer's shotgun certificate at the time of order by post, fax or email. Proof of certificate may be required from time to time by the Company.
6.6 Deliveries will only be made [to any specified address] if the card payment details match the shotgun certificate address.
6.7 Any shortages, damaged or missing goods will be replaced by the Company free of charge if notified within 48 hours of delivery and if clauses 6.4 to 6.6 have been satisfied. Proof of damage may be required.
6.8 Deliveries are based on a kerb side service. It is the customer's responsibility to get them from the dropping point to your house or secure storage area.

7. OUT OF STOCK ORDERS
7.1 Where the Buyer orders a product that is currently out of stock, a 50% deposit for the total order may be required.
7.2 Out of stock orders will be kept for up to 60 days from notification to the Buyer that it has become available. After this period has elapsed, the Company may sell on any outstanding out of stock orders unless by prior arrangement with the Buyer and the deposit will not be refunded.
7.3 For out of stock orders that do not become available within 60 days of order, a full refund of the deposit will be made by the Company to the Buyer.
7.4 If the Buyer requires a part order to be sent, full carriage charges will apply to both the part order and the out of stock order when it is sent. Part orders will only be sent subject to this condition on the express instructions of the Buyer.

8. DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998
All customer information is stored securely and is encrypted. Entering in to a Contract with the Company implies permission for us to store your personal information. We undertake to hold this information securely and use it only for transactions with the Buyer. No information will be passed, sold, given or otherwise made available to any third party.

9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 This agreement shall be governed by English Law.
9.2 Notwithstanding if any term of this agreement shall prove to be invalid, each and every term of the remainder shall remain valid.

10. VOUCHERS
10.1 Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
10.2 Vouchers must be redeemed within one year of purchase.
10.3 Vouchers may be redeemed against cartridge purchases or purchases in the on-line store (excludes cost of post and packing).
10.4 Vouchers may be redeemed in person at the shop, over the phone or in the on-line store.
10.5 Only one voucher may be redeemed for each purchase in the on-line store.
10.6 No change or credit is given if the voucher value exceeds the purchase value.
